Shocking new DC deal slashes border security puts Americans last

The latest so-called “funding deal” coming out of Washington is yet another slap in the face to every American who believes in borders, law, and common sense. Congress has pushed through a Department of Homeland Security bill—without any money for ICE and big cuts to Border Patrol. Yes, you read that right. Democrats, with help from weak-kneed Republicans, have put the safety of American citizens on the backburner all to satisfy their radical open-borders base.

This isn’t just a budget compromise. It’s a total surrender. ICE agents are left out to dry while cartels and criminals run amok. The Border Patrol, the few good men and women standing between us and chaos, are told to do “more with less.” Apparently, illegal aliens now get more attention than the men and women in uniform sworn to protect us.

Liberal lawmakers couldn’t be bothered to stand up for American workers or families. They’d rather tear down our borders to please globalist donors and activist mobs. The same politicians who live behind gates and private security now want to leave the rest of us high and dry—completely exposed to whatever comes marching over the border.

It’s hypocrisy at its worst. Liberals cry about “security” when it comes to their own homes or January 6th, but suddenly forget the word exists when the topic shifts to Americans living near the southern border. This bill proves, once again, that to D.C. elites, American lives and livelihoods don’t matter when there’s a chance to virtue signal for their leftist friends.

So, who is this deal really for? Ordinary Americans who want safe communities and secure borders, or the anti-American lobby that benefits from lawlessness and confusion? The answer is obvious. Maybe it’s time to ask our so-called leaders: When did protecting foreign criminals become more important than defending American citizens?
