Europe admits Trump was right as panic over migration forces copycat crackdown

Europe is finally waking up to reality, and the left can’t stand it. The same continent that lectures America about “compassion” and “diversity” is now scrambling to copy Trump-era immigration tactics. The European Union, sounding the alarm over out-of-control migration, is now expanding its powers to track, hunt down, and deport illegal migrants. They’re quietly setting up “return hubs” in Africa and other parts of the world—anything to get these migrants out. Suddenly, building walls and enforcing laws doesn’t seem so hateful when their own borders are swamped.

Let’s be honest: liberals have let this crisis fester for years. They opened the gates, handed out benefits, and called anyone who dared question it a bigot. European elites once mocked Trump when he cracked down on illegal immigration. Now that their own streets aren’t safe and public services are overwhelmed, they’re all but admitting Trump was right. The hypocrisy is breathtaking.

Immigration advocates in Europe are predictably whining, as always. They claim these tough new policies are heartless or go “too far.” Funny how quick they are to cry when it’s their backyard at stake. Meanwhile, regular Europeans—much like ordinary Americans—are demanding security and sanity. They’re tired of weak globalists dictating who gets to enter their communities.

Let’s not kid ourselves: this isn’t about compassion. It’s about power. The EU’s globalist brass is terrified of losing control, so they’re willing to finally do what needs to be done. They’re tracking down migrants, raiding their hideouts, and shipping people back, even if it means copying the “Trump playbook.” Yet the mainstream press pretends this is some kind of moral crisis for the left. In reality, it shows how out of touch liberal elites have become.

Europe’s sudden about-face should be a wake-up call for America. If even the world’s loudest progressives are rushing to fix their failed policies by acting like Trump, maybe it’s time we stop listening to liberal hysteria. Are we finally done pretending open borders work for anyone but the global elites?
