For years, the liberal elites in Europe have told us that importing hundreds of thousands of refugees, mostly young men from countries where women have no rights, would somehow enrich Western culture. Now, reality is staring them straight in the face—and it’s the women who are paying the price. A new study out of Germany shows something that anyone with a shred of common sense already knew: German women want nothing to do with these so-called “asylum seekers” looking for wives. Shocking, right? When you invite in droves of men who see women as property, and then act surprised when women want to keep their distance, that’s not open-mindedness. That’s willful ignorance.
These men, many from Afghanistan and Syria, didn’t suddenly become champions of women’s rights because they crossed a border. Their idea of gender roles is stuck in the dark ages. In their home countries, girls are banned from school, hidden behind closed doors, punished for wanting freedom. And liberals actually expect these guys to magically blend into modern European society? Dream on. German women see the truth. They know these “partnerships” aren’t about love or respect. They know many refugees are on government welfare, far more interested in easy citizenship and state handouts than in becoming equal partners. Yet anyone who dares to say it out loud gets smeared as “Islamophobic” by the same leftists who claim to be pro-woman.
Let’s be clear: the reluctance of German women isn’t about “prejudice” or “bigotry.” It’s about survival. They don’t want to end up as second-class citizens in their own country. They don’t want to be told what to wear, where to go, or what jobs they can have. And they definitely don’t want to end up in relationships with men who view them as little more than servants. But to the globalist politicians running Brussels and Berlin, so-called “racism” is somehow worse than rape. These leaders bend over backwards to protect the feelings of the refugees, dismissing skyrocketing sexual assault statistics as just “cultural misunderstandings.”
The most galling part? Liberals love to crow about “my body, my choice” and women’s empowerment—until it clashes with their pet project: mass migration. Suddenly, women’s consent is negotiable. Suddenly, if German women say “no” to a refugee, they’re labeled intolerant. It’s classic leftist hypocrisy. The same people who march for #MeToo are the first to silence women who don’t want to date men with medieval attitudes towards women.
And let’s not pretend integration is some magic spell that works just because woke bureaucrats want it to. You can’t mix oil and water. You can’t force German women to embrace a culture that openly despises everything they stand for. If European governments keep doubling down on this disastrous policy, social cohesion will shatter—and maybe that’s the plan. The left thinks if they can threaten, shame, or legally force women to accept this new status quo, everyone will fall in line. But they’re dead wrong.
At the end of the day, German women are voting with their feet—and their hearts. Maybe it’s time their politicians did the same, before Europe becomes unrecognizable. Want to promote women’s rights? Start by protecting them first.
