America gets left picking up the tab—again. The Los Angeles 2028 Olympics is set to roll out the red carpet for international elites, global corporations, and woke celebrities, tossing the average American citizen a handful of crumbs. This week, Californians in LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties, plus select Oklahomans, will be handed “first dibs” on game tickets. But why play favorites? Why should the Olympic committee decide who gets a shot at history’s biggest event instead of letting hardworking Americans everywhere have the same chance?
Once more, liberals running California flaunt exclusivity, sending the message that only certain zip codes—mostly deep-blue, urban, and already privileged—get to be first in line. Apparently, if you don’t worship at the altar of LA’s smug, progressive elite, you’re left settling for leftovers. These presale windows aren’t about “community pride.” They’re about showing off, patting themselves on the back, and making sure their progressive friends and donors get ringside seats before regular Americans even hear the starting gun.
And while we’re fixated on these county lines, the real question is: What about the rest of the country? America is footing the bill for security, infrastructure, and the endless list of “special requirements” demanded by international sports organizations. Yet, millions of Americans in the heartland and red states will watch from their living rooms, locked out of the excitement by the very same crowd that lectures them about “equity” and “fairness.” Liberals want “inclusion” only when it fits their own agenda.
Meanwhile, we should never forget where all this taxpayer cash is going: lining the pockets of globalist sponsors and Olympic bureaucrats. These are the same people who love scolding our country, kneeling for foreign flags, and making sure every ceremony is a showcase of woke propaganda. The Olympics used to be about uniting Americans in pride. Today, they’re another tool for the liberal elite to divide and conquer.
So, while Californians and a sliver of Oklahomans get to fight for their golden tickets, patriotic Americans elsewhere get nothing but reruns of leftist hypocrisy. If the system is really fair, why aren’t all Americans given a chance at these seats? Or is this just another reminder that, under liberal rule, the average citizen is always last in line?
