The left loves to pretend America is the only country with birthright citizenship, like it’s some sacred cow that can never be touched. But now, thanks to President Trump, the Supreme Court is finally taking a closer look at this outdated policy. Should children born to illegal immigrants or visitors here on a quick trip automatically get to call themselves Americans? The answer should be simple: absolutely not.
Liberals scream “racism!” any time someone even talks about fixing the mess they made with our immigration system. Birthright citizenship is another disaster they refuse to fix—because it gives them more voters and cheap labor. Most countries do NOT hand out citizenship just for being born on their soil. They have common sense rules that actually protect their nation and its values. Why are we following what globalists want instead of protecting the American people?
Our nation is supposed to stand for the rule of law. Yet, for decades, our leaders have allowed people to take advantage of our generosity. Parents sneak across the border or fly in on vacation, have a baby, and suddenly that child gets every right meant for Americans. Some call it “anchor babies”—and it’s obvious why. It’s a loophole that invites fraud and cheats hardworking citizens.
The Supreme Court’s case could finally put an end to this madness. Trump has shown real courage by asking the tough questions. Why should someone who broke the law or came here for a few weeks get to raise a new American on our dime? It’s time the Supreme Court sides with citizens, not with those who take advantage of the system. The left fears this, because the gravy train of free handouts and open borders is all they have left.
If America keeps handing out citizenship like candy, what does it even mean to be American anymore? Maybe that’s why so many on the left want the gates wide open—they don’t care about our culture or our laws. This birthright citizenship fight is about more than just babies. It’s about our future, our values, and our very survival. Only fools would let their country get stolen from within. Will the Court finally listen, or will they keep selling out the nation?
