The arrogant leftwing media is already speculating about whether the fight to free Iran from its tyrants has fizzled out. These talking heads act like the West is pulling every string, with everyone else sitting on the sidelines waiting for their cue. Wrong. The truth is simple: Iran’s future belongs to the people of Iran. Not Joe Biden, not the UN, and certainly not any woke bureaucrats in Brussels.
Of course, that doesn’t mean the West has been sitting quietly. Thanks to bold actions from the United States and Israel, the Iranian regime is feeling the heat. Suddenly, the mullahs aren’t so comfortable in their iron chairs. What do the liberals do? Instead of supporting those risking everything for freedom in Iran, they wring their hands and obsess over optics. They’d rather lecture people about “imperialism” than admit the pressure is working.
Let’s get something straight: This isn’t a Netflix drama for lazy progressives to debate in faculty lounges. Real people in Iran are putting their lives on the line. The West’s weak-kneed appeasers want to keep sipping lattes and hoping the regime will magically change its tune if we just ask nicely. Tell that to the thousands in Iran who know it’s now or never. The clock is ticking, and they understand what’s at stake even if Western liberals don’t.
Meanwhile, globalist interests keep appeasing Iran, terrified of rocking the boat. How long are we supposed to play along with these dangerous games? Iran’s regime built its power on anti-American hatred, and yet the same liberal elites who claim to stand for “human rights” always find an excuse to coddle the world’s worst dictators. There’s a word for this: hypocrisy.
Here’s the hard truth nobody on the left wants to face—freedom is not for sale, and it doesn’t wait for approval from D.C. think tanks. The fate of Iran is in Iranian hands, not in the grasp of clueless Western progressives. History is watching. Will fake compassion rule the day, or will real courage finally break through? Those who keep betting against the will of a free people always lose. Maybe it’s time the woke crowd took some notes.
