European leaders—so smug about their “green transitions”—are learning the hard way that their virtue signaling won’t keep the lights on when hostile regimes choke their energy supply. Maybe German ministers should add wind turbines to their luxury limos while they wait for someone else to rescue their economy.

But under liberal leadership, the West bows to every tyrant and apologizes for being strong. Weakness invites aggression—and Iran knows it.
