The war against Donald Trump never ends. Even now, years after the chaos of January 6, the left refuses to give Americans a break from the same tired blame game. Another federal judge just decided that Trump can still be dragged into civil court over his speech that “supposedly” led to the commotion at the Capitol. They don’t want Trump to be immune. Of course not. Immunity is only for their friends in the Swamp, not for anyone who fights for everyday Americans.
Let’s get one thing straight—this isn’t about justice. It’s about crushing Trump and silencing 75 million voices. The Democrats and their loyal lawyers can’t beat him on policy, so they twist the courts into political battlegrounds. They’re weaponizing lawsuits and activism. That’s not how American justice is supposed to work. Instead of facing real issues like inflation, open borders, or out-of-control crime, they’re obsessed with hunting down Trump for giving a political speech. What about the hundreds of left-wing riots the media and the courts conveniently ignored? Silence.
When Trump stood in front of his supporters, he delivered nothing more than blistering political commentary—something every President and politician does. Since when is fiery rhetoric illegal? Unless you’re a Republican, apparently. Now, if you dare to question election irregularities or stand up to globalist interests, you risk ending up in court. Liberals want to make an example out of Trump. They want to scare any outsider from challenging their power again.
The double standards are astounding. Last summer, when leftist mobs torched cities coast-to-coast, how many Democratic politicians were hauled into court for “inciting” mayhem? None. Mainstream media called it “mostly peaceful”—what a joke. Yet, the second a conservative leader raises his voice, the legal attack dogs come running.
This is the new normal in Biden’s America. The enemies of freedom want to make free speech dangerous—if you’re on the wrong side. They’re not only after Trump. They’re warning any patriot who dares to challenge the ruling class: speak out, and you’ll pay. The American people see through these dirty games, and they’re getting fed up. If the courts keep getting twisted to silence the opposition, what hope is left for real democracy in this country?
