Supreme Court Judge Wants to Hand Citizenship to Tourists’ Babies

America is under attack, not just at the border, but in the halls of our own Supreme Court. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson just floated the idea that children born to foreign tourists on U.S. soil should be handed American citizenship. The reason? She thinks people visiting the country for a few days somehow have “local allegiance” to our nation just by taking selfies in Times Square. This is the kind of upside-down thinking that makes hardworking Americans shake their heads in disbelief.

Think about it: under this warped logic, anyone who lands at JFK with a camera and a suitcase could have a child here and that baby gets the full privileges of American citizenship. Does that sound like common sense? No one in their right mind believes that a family planning a vacation is pledging loyalty to the United States. It’s absurd—another step in the left’s mission to erase our borders and water down what it means to be an American.

Liberal elites love to pretend they care about the Constitution, but they twist its meaning to suit their globalist agenda. Instead of defending American sovereignty, we have judges insisting that tourists popping in for a few weeks should have the same rights as citizens who have served, paid taxes, and bled for this country. Where does it end? Maybe next time a foreign diplomat’s kid is born during a conference, he qualifies too. The radical left would let anyone in, if it meant more votes and more power.

This isn’t compassion. It’s a slap in the face to every American family who follows the rules and cherishes our nation’s history. The world is watching, and when they see our top judges suggest handing out citizenship like party favors, they know America’s doors are wide open for exploitation. Birthright citizenship was never meant for globe-trotters on vacation. It’s meant for those truly tied to the American story—not global wanderers just passing through.

If we don’t push back on this insanity now, how long before America means nothing at all? It’s clear some on the left would rather have a borderless world than a proud, sovereign United States. Is that really what we want our country to become?
