Justice Jackson accused of shocking hypocrisy on kids and gender therapy

It’s becoming more obvious every year: The Supreme Court has turned into a circus, and Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson seems determined to be the star clown. Only a year ago, she said that states aren’t allowed to ban doctors from giving puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to children. Suddenly, when it’s about therapy she doesn’t like, she flips her own logic on its head—a complete 180. So, when activists want to “trans” kids, the federal government needs to step in and make states fall in line. But when it comes to banning talk therapy for kids, states are apparently the only ones allowed to make those rules. Anyone else smell hypocrisy?

Let’s call this what it is: a liberal assault on parents, families, and anyone who refuses to bow to the woke mob. If you support unfettered gender experiments on children, the left is thrilled to kneecap states’ rights. But if you dare question the left’s orthodoxy—even with something as simple as therapy aimed at helping a child come to terms with their identity—suddenly, the court has found a whole new religion in letting states do whatever they want. It’s not about the law. It’s about advancing a radical agenda at any cost.

This isn’t just incompetence—it’s straight-up anti-American. Our legal system is supposed to protect the most vulnerable, not hand them over to social engineers and international activists. When a Supreme Court Justice twists the rules to fit whatever trend the globalists are pushing, it undermines every parent in the country. Today, it’s puberty blockers and surgery. Tomorrow, what will it be—forced ideological brainwashing in every class, in every school?

There’s a reason why the left cheers every time an unelected judge blasts through voters’ rights. They don’t care about the Constitution. The only thing that matters is power. If Justice Jackson actually cared about consistency, she’d apply the same standard every time. But with the radical left, the rules change whenever their feelings demand it.

Americans shouldn’t have to worry that the people in black robes are playing political games with our children’s futures. The real question is, how much more of this double standard will the American people accept before the Supreme Court’s credibility is gone for good?
