When it comes to public health, the people in charge are supposed to keep us safe. But now the government’s disease experts are waving the white flag. They’re pausing lab testing for rabies, monkeypox, and dozens of other dangerous diseases. This is what happens when bloated bureaucracy gets too big to do its job.
American families rely on these tests to spot outbreaks before they spiral out of control. Now, thanks to more “downsizing” and endless “reviews,” officials have stopped watching some of the worst threats. Do they expect us to trust cozy D.C. bureaucrats while they check their paperwork and pack their boxes? Of course, the elites are protected. It’s everyday people who will feel the bite—literally, in the case of rabies.
Liberals love to talk about “science” and “public health,” but their own agencies are falling apart. These are the same people who locked down the country over COVID and forced mandates on all of us. But when it comes to protecting Americans from real threats—deadly viruses, foreign pathogens—they’re missing in action. Maybe they’re too busy pushing woke agendas or playing politics to do their actual jobs.
Let’s not kid ourselves. Whenever there’s pressure to cut spending, these government giants always slash the jobs and programs that matter most. They never trim the useless offices or consultant budgets. Nope—they pause the one thing we actually need: disease testing that could keep Americans healthy. And who benefits from this chaos? Globalists and special interest creeps, of course—the same crowd that always finds a way to get a fat contract or a favor while the rest of us are left exposed.
This isn’t about science. This is about priorities. If the people in charge can’t even run the nation’s disease labs, why should taxpayers trust them—on anything? Maybe it’s time for these career bureaucrats to clear out their desks for good. After all, if liberal leadership can’t even keep track of rabies, what’s next—a warning label on common sense?
