Here we go again—another mess from the left. Houston, a city run for years by liberal politicians, is deep in crisis. And no, it’s not because of something unpredictable or out of their control. It’s because of their own incompetence. The people in charge keep making the same dumb decisions, and ordinary Texans are the ones paying the price.
Let’s talk about the skyrocketing crime. Liberals in charge love to talk about “progressive reforms.” They pat themselves on the back while letting criminals run wild and law-abiding families hide in fear. They claim to care about the community, but can’t keep their own citizens safe. Instead, they make excuses, offer empty slogans, and push “restorative justice” plans that don’t make anybody safer.
Meanwhile, basic city services are falling apart. Trash piles up. The roads are a disaster. But guess what? Billions keep flowing into bloated “equity” programs and handouts for anyone who marches at the right protest. Actual hard-working residents? They get ignored. The city’s leadership is always chasing the next big headline or cozying up to globalist groups instead of doing their real jobs.
The fact is, Houston isn’t alone. This is what happens when leftist ideology gets put in charge. It’s the same old story: they promise compassion, but deliver chaos. They claim to fight for the little guy, but their policies only protect the elite, the lawless, and anyone who goes along with their broken ideas. The rest of us get stuck with the bill—and the danger.
This should be a wake-up call for every American. How much more liberal failure are we supposed to accept? How long until we demand real leadership that puts safety, responsibility, and America first? Maybe it’s time voters ask themselves why blue cities keep digging deeper holes for themselves. Or better yet—when will the people finally say: enough is enough?
