Kid Rock just did what millions of Americans would love to do—he sent a message to Gavin Newsom, the darling of West Coast liberals, and he did it in pure all-American fashion. Forget stuffy press conferences and phony speeches. Kid Rock took to the skies—or at least his backyard—using an Apache helicopter as a not-so-subtle reminder that freedom still means something in the heartland.
While Newsom lectures us about “equity” and “climate change” from his California mansion, the rest of us have to live with the disasters his policies create: homelessness exploding, crime out of control, and businesses fleeing the Golden State in droves. So, it’s no surprise that when Kid Rock had the chance to poke some fun at Newsom, he didn’t hold back.
It takes guts to call out the left’s nonsense, and Kid Rock’s Apache stunt was the perfect combination of humor and grit. Imagine looking outside and seeing American ingenuity—the kind of machine that reminds us what strength really looks like—hovering over your property. It’s a sight that would send any globalist politician running for cover, especially one as out-of-touch as Newsom.
Here’s the truth: people like Newsom think they know how to run America, but all they’re good at is turning strong states into cautionary tales. Meanwhile, guys like Kid Rock aren’t afraid to remind the elites that real Americans haven’t forgotten what made this country great—bravery, boldness, and a little bit of mischief.
If only Newsom paid as much attention to cleaning up his state as he does posing for cameras, maybe California wouldn’t be in freefall. But don’t count on it—liberal hypocrisy has never met a microphone it didn’t like. At the end of the day, maybe what we really need is an Apache hovering over every governor’s mansion, just to see which politicians are tough enough to handle it. Odds are, Gavin Newsom wouldn’t last five minutes.
