Democrats are at it again, clutching their pearls over America doing what it does best—taking action against enemies who threaten our way of life. This time, it’s Iran in the spotlight, and rather than supporting our troops or trusting our commanders, the left is up in arms, trying to paint President Trump as some kind of warmonger. But let’s get real: what’s going on is not some crazy “war of choice,” as left-wing politicians shout on Twitter. It’s about protecting American interests—something the Biden-Harris crowd ought to learn.
Kamala Harris, always eager for a TV camera and a trending hashtag, couldn’t resist the urge to jump in with her “hot takes” on Trump’s Iran deadline. But like clockwork, she ended up tangled in her own contradictions. She and her Democratic pals are demanding all the classified details of Operation Epic Fury as if the Department of Defense should start live-streaming military briefings for their convenience. Do these people honestly expect our nation’s security to take a backseat to their political point-scoring? It’s madness.
What’s really going on is that the left is terrified whenever America flexes its muscles abroad. They’d rather write love letters to our enemies or send pallets of cash in the middle of the night, hoping the bad guys play nice. Meanwhile, when Trump draws a line and means it, Democrats start foaming at the mouth, calling for investigations and pretending to care about “transparency”—when we all know they couldn’t care less about real American lives on the line.
Let’s not forget how hypocritical this outrage is. These same Democrats were silent when Obama made his own backroom foreign policy deals, keeping the whole country in the dark about what was actually at stake. Now, they whine about secrecy and cry “war” the minute a Republican president refuses to tip his hand to the enemy. It doesn’t even make sense—unless you remember their true priority: tearing down anything that isn’t run by the globalist left.
This is bigger than Kamala Harris getting tripped up by her own words (yet again). It’s about a party that cares more about playing political games than protecting the men and women who serve. Maybe it’s time for the Democrats to take a seat and let the adults handle things. Or is that too much to ask from the same people who can’t even agree on which bathroom to use?
