The left loves to paint ICE agents as villains, but the real danger isn’t coming from our men and women in uniform. It’s coming from out-of-control illegal aliens who think they can do whatever they want and face zero consequences. Case in point: this week in California, an ICE operation turned violent when a wanted Salvadoran national tried to run agents down with his car. Let that sink in. Instead of obeying law enforcement, this individual tried to mow them over—right in the middle of broad daylight.
This is exactly what happens when borders are erased and law and order is thrown out the window. For years, liberals have told us we need to go easy on illegal immigrants, claiming they’re all just looking for a better life. Yet here we are, with ICE officers putting their lives on the line, only to be treated like the enemy. How many more times do our brave agents have to be targeted before the left admits their open-border fantasy is a disaster?
Let’s not forget: this wasn’t some innocent bystander caught up in a misunderstanding. This was a wanted criminal that federal agents were trying to apprehend for a reason. When he decided to weaponize his car and threaten American officials, ICE had every right—every duty—to defend themselves. It’s called common sense. But good luck finding that in Washington these days.
Meanwhile, the media will bend over backwards to twist the facts, protecting the criminal and blaming the agents. The globalist elites and their allies in the press seem to care more about the feelings of lawbreakers than the safety of hard-working Americans. When did we become a country that punishes those who enforce the law and glorifies those who break it?
At some point, even the most clueless Democrat has to admit this is a direct result of their failed policies. Open borders, sanctuary cities, and soft-touch justice have put us all at risk. If our leaders won’t stand up for ICE, who will? Are we just supposed to sit back and watch chaos unfold in our streets?
