Murder suspect dodges trial as justice system betrays another victim

Once again, justice in America is taking a backseat to political correctness and bureaucratic red tape. The suspect accused of murdering Iryna Zarutska—a refugee from Ukraine who came to this country searching for safety—has just been declared “incapable to proceed” to trial. Apparently, the court system found some technical excuse to put the brakes on holding this killer accountable. Meanwhile, another innocent life is snuffed out, and our leaders offer nothing but empty words.

Let’s be honest: this isn’t the first time we’ve seen criminals get a free pass. Liberal lawmakers and activist judges bend over backwards to protect the rights of suspects, even when those suspects stand accused of heinous crimes. They put the feelings and supposed wellbeing of the accused above the basic rights of victims. And who pays the price? Hardworking, law-abiding citizens and refugees like Iryna—people who put their faith in America’s promise of justice.

Where is the outrage from the left? Don’t hold your breath. Instead, liberal politicians tiptoe around the truth, afraid of offending anyone or facing accusations of being “insensitive.” They’d rather talk about “rehabilitation” or “systemic issues” than admit that these soft-on-crime policies are turning our communities into danger zones. Liberal incompetence has created a system where criminals walk free on technicalities, while families are left grieving.

And let’s not forget who benefits most from this chaos. The globalists and their media mouthpieces want Americans to believe we’re all supposed to just accept this as the new normal. They push their agenda of open borders and weak justice, then act shocked when tragedy strikes. But real Americans know better. We know that law enforcement should be supported—not undermined—so that justice is swift and sure for those who break the law.

If someone can stab a woman to death on a train and avoid trial because the system says they’re “incapable,” what kind of civilization are we living in? How many more lives must be ruined before we wake up, toss out the failed leftist policies, and restore real justice in this country?
