Artemis II just made history while the media ignores America’s true heroes

Something incredible just happened in space, but don’t expect the liberal media to give it the credit it deserves. While politicians in Washington bicker over pronouns and spend taxpayer money on woke experiments, American heroes just made history outside Earth’s atmosphere. The Artemis II crew managed to call astronauts on the International Space Station directly from their voyage around the Moon. That’s the kind of can-do spirit this country was built on, and it’s something bureaucrats and globalists could never invent in a committee meeting.

What does this moment mean? It’s proof that America is still the leader when it comes to science, technology, and guts. We don’t sit back and let China, Russia, or some United Nations panel tell us how far we can go. While the left pushes for open borders, DEI hires, and climate panic, real patriots are focused on forging new frontiers and building on the proud legacy of American space exploration.

But don’t think for a second that this happened because the current administration is so brilliant. The truth is, NASA’s best achievements always come when American values are front and center: hard work, individual excellence, and yes—real competition. The Artemis II mission wasn’t about “inclusion” or ticking off a diversity checklist. It was about skill, discipline, and courage, the exact opposite of the coddled, risk-averse mindset the left seems to worship.

Imagine if liberals ran every mission. We’d still be holding Zoom meetings to decide if the rocket boosters hurt anyone’s feelings. But as Artemis II rockets beyond the old boundaries, it sends a message to every America-hating bureaucrat: our country can still do amazing things. Instead of apologizing for our power, we harness it. Instead of lecturing about “equity,” we actually achieve equality of opportunity—by letting the best rise to the top.

Americans should be proud—but stay vigilant. The same crowd that tries to undermine national pride at home would love to see America lose its edge in space. Good luck with that. The Artemis II crew just proved that when real leaders are at the helm, America doesn’t just compete—we win. Why would we ever settle for anything less?
