The left wants us to believe that anyone who questions Islamic extremism is some kind of bigot. They scream about “Islamophobia” every time we dare to demand that newcomers respect the values that define America. But the truth is obvious to anyone with a shred of common sense: Islamic radicalism killed thousands of Americans on 9/11, robbed us of our freedoms, and still threatens our way of life today—and liberals don’t just ignore it, they enable it.
Instead of standing up for the American values that made this nation great, the left bends over backward to cater to Islamists. Schools are now changing schedules for prayer times. Businesses get harassed to stop selling perfectly legal products like pork and alcohol. Public music instruction in Europe is getting gutted because it “offends” Islamic sensitivities. In some cities, women are even pressured to wear hijabs just to “show respect,” as if we’re living under Sharia Law instead of the U.S. Constitution.
Let’s be real: Islam isn’t just a personal faith, it’s a political movement. The left pretends that American Muslims’ “patriotism” and “civic engagement” mean they are fully assimilated. But when it comes to critical issues—gender, sexuality, women’s rights—it’s clear there’s a chasm. Islamists aren’t just staying in their lane; they’re demanding everyone else bows to their rules. Meanwhile, liberals attack Christianity at every turn. They sue over a nativity scene or a public prayer. But when it’s Islam demanding public recognition, they cheer it on.
Liberals love to accuse conservatives of being stuck in the past, but nothing could be further from the truth. It’s left-wing politicians and activists who want to drag this country back to the Dark Ages, where women are covered up, gays are thrown off buildings, and killers justify their crimes with “cultural” excuses. The Republican base gets called intolerant for asking men to stay out of women’s sports—but Islamists want to execute anyone who defies their moral codes. There is no moral equivalence here.
If people come to America, they must live by American values. That means freedom of speech, equality for women, and respect for EVERYONE’S rights—not just those who shout the loudest. If certain extremist Muslims refuse to assimilate, America isn’t obligated to roll out the red carpet. They can always return to countries where Sharia reigns supreme. But let’s not kid ourselves—the real reason they don’t leave is because domination, not coexistence, is the end goal. Liberals are playing with fire by cozying up to Islamists. How much longer before we all get burned?
