Democrats can’t keep their stories straight when it comes to President Trump and Iran, and even their own Senator John Fetterman is fed up with the games. For months, liberals ranted about “moral leadership,” barked about war powers, screamed for endless negotiations, and demanded Trump’s removal. Now—after Trump pulls off an actual ceasefire—they’re mad he isn’t bombing Tehran into the Stone Age. Which is it, Democrats? Are we supposed to wage peace or wage war?
Only on the left could you see this level of hypocrisy. For years, they claimed to stand up to Iran’s terror regime. They promised Americans they would never let the Ayatollahs get a nuclear weapon. But as soon as Trump does what all those globalist “experts” failed to do, suddenly the left turns on a dime. Now, it’s all “how dare you,” and “he should have done more!” Apparently, stopping a rogue nation from developing nukes is a good thing—unless, of course, it’s Donald Trump who pulls it off. Liberals would rather see America lose than let Trump win.
Even Fetterman, a Democrat himself, is disgusted. He’s watched his party flip-flop for years—outraged at “war crimes” one day, only to mourn that Trump didn’t unleash the full wrath of the U.S. military the next. Remember when the left backed our troops and wanted Iran held accountable? Those days are dead and buried. Today’s Democrats root against America just to score cheap points on cable news and Twitter.
While Team Biden, Obama, and the Clinton crowd sat around negotiating nonsense deals with Iran, President Trump actually demanded results. Unlike past presidents who talked tough and accomplished nothing, Trump forced Iran to the table, sent a message to terrorists, and—like it or not—brought some much-needed peace to a dangerous part of the world. The left can whine about “fragile ceasefires” all they want, but Trump is doing what they never could.
The truth is painfully clear. The Democrat Party has become the party of double standards, globalist appeasement, and petty political grudges. They don’t care about American safety. All they care about is tearing Trump down—no matter what it costs this country. At the end of the day, you have to wonder: Who are Democrats really rooting for—America, or their own ego?
