That because Kavanaugh went to private schools and his parents had salaried jobs, he can’t possibly understand the lives of working people. It’s the oldest trick in the Democrat playbook: if you don’t like what someone says, you slam their background and question their motives.
This isn’t just childish—it’s pathetic. Sotomayor didn’t bother shredding Kavanaugh’s legal reasoning. She went straight to class warfare, as usual. The president is in charge of enforcing our borders—it’s that simple. All the leftist virtue-signaling in the world won’t stop illegal immigration or keep Americans safe. Yet liberals would rather rant about privilege and attack their colleagues than actually deal with the problem.
This kind of petty, personal mud-slinging is exactly why the left keeps losing ground with regular Americans. Justice Sotomayor wants to make everything about race, status, or feelings. That’s because her side can’t defend their policies, and everyone knows it. Maybe she should stop with the personal digs and start reading the Constitution again.
