Let’s not forget: this is the same Eric Swalwell who spent years pushing bogus Russia hoaxes and lecturing the rest of us about “values.” He never met a camera—or a double standard—he didn’t love. Where were Jeffries and Pelosi when Swalwell was cavorting with Chinese spies or pushing fake stories? They were too busy defending their guy and calling conservatives every name in the book.
But here’s the real kicker: while the Democrat bigwigs hurry to protect their party’s brand, notice what they don’t say. Not a peep about actually investigating the claims against one of their own. No promise to get to the truth, no concern for the alleged victim, and definitely no talk of restoring trust among voters. The only thing that matters to them is keeping power at any cost.
This is Democrat hypocrisy at its finest. For years, Republicans who faced allegations—even ones that were totally fake—got crucified by Democrats and the media. Now their own golden boy is under the spotlight, and suddenly the only thing they care about is shutting him up before voters start asking real questions. They claim to be the party of women, the party of justice, yet can’t bring themselves to confront these accusations head-on.
The American people are tired of these games. How many more scandals will it take before Democrats admit they only play by the rules when it’s someone else’s reputation on the line? Maybe the real question is: when will someone in the Democrat party finally choose truth over politics? Don’t hold your breath.
