America doesn’t wait around for spineless bureaucrats or “international consensus” when it comes to real threats. This week proves that. While the left-sided media clutches their pearls and globalist elites wring their hands, President Trump just made a move that shows serious strength. CENTCOM isn’t playing games. The Strait of Hormuz—one of the most critical chokepoints anywhere on earth—is now locked down. That’s right. The U.S. military is running the show, not the mullahs in Tehran, and certainly not the weak-willed crowd in Brussels or Foggy Bottom.
The story here is simple: Democrat soft power failed. Vice President JD Vance tried typical “peace talk” nonsense. Predictably, the Iranian regime laughed in his face. Anyone with common sense saw this coming years ago. Liberals still refuse to accept the truth. Instead of force, they think hashtags and empty promises can fix decades of anti-American hate flowing out of Tehran. How many warnings do we need before people realize “diplomacy” with a terror state is just playing pretend?
Now, the U.S. is finally making moves that real leaders make. Blocking the Strait of Hormuz hits the Iranians where it hurts most—in their oil money. It sends a powerful message: America decides who calls the shots, not fanatics threatening our security or their weak allies in Europe and the UN. The Biden-Obama crew cowered whenever Iran rattled their sabers. Trump isn’t waiting around for “permission” or the next apology tour. He acts.
Of course, corporate media and their D.C. friends are all shouting about “provocation” and “escalation.” What do they expect? Iran only understands force. The same beltway pundits whining about an “American blockade” are the ones who praised failed negotiations that got us here in the first place. Their strategy: talk, appease, retreat, repeat. They’re the real threat to American strength.
Americans should stand proud when their leaders refuse to bow to terror regimes. It’s time to wake up. Strength is the only language these dictators get. Biden’s friends may scream, but the truth is clear: if the U.S. doesn’t put its foot down, someone worse will. Who do you trust to protect your country—career politicians and their “diplomatic” daydreams, or a president who actually fights for American power? The choice should be obvious.
