It’s time to get real about Iran. For years, the left-wing elites and their globalist friends have been bending over backwards, pretending Iran’s nuclear ambitions are just some imaginary problem. Well, Vice President JD Vance isn’t buying it. He’s drawing a clear red line: Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium must be taken out—no ifs, ands, or buts.
The so-called experts love making excuses, telling us Iran “can’t access” its uranium right now. What a joke! Since when did we start trusting the world’s biggest terror regime to play by the rules? Just because the uranium isn’t being used this very minute, we’re supposed to turn our backs and whistle? That kind of wishful thinking is pure fantasy—exactly what the Biden Democrats specialize in.
Vance is saying what most Americans already know. We can’t afford to let our guard down. Give Iran even an inch, and they’ll charge right through. Pretending the threat doesn’t exist makes liberals feel good about themselves, but it does nothing to keep this country safe. Iran’s mullahs have made it crystal clear they hate everything America stands for.
Of course, the left would rather worry about “offending” world powers or keeping their climate deals alive. They’re more concerned with appeasing global organizations than preventing a nuclear arms race in the Middle East. It’s like they value virtue signaling more than national security. Who gets hurt? Regular Americans who actually pay attention to the world’s dangers while their so-called leaders hide behind paperwork and empty promises.
If the D.C. elite think a few sternly worded memos and toothless inspections are enough, they’re delusional. Iran already has the uranium. The only thing stopping them from building a bomb is political will—on both sides. Now’s the time for leaders like Vance to draw those hard red lines, and for the rest of us to demand that the safety of America comes before anyone else’s precious feelings. Will the left ever admit that weakness only invites disaster?
