The DC Circuit has finally done something right, putting a hard stop to Judge James Boasberg’s relentless witch hunt over the flights that sent suspected Tren de Aragua gang members packing to El Salvador. This should have never been an issue in the first place. Instead, bureaucrats and activist judges tried to make heroes out of known criminals and villains out of those who enforce our laws.
For over a year, Judge Boasberg has tried to turn the removal of illegal alien gangbangers into a national scandal. Apparently, protecting American communities from dangerous foreign criminals is somehow criminal contempt in his eyes. Liberals and globalists have pulled out all the stops to keep our borders open, even if it means attacking the very officials who take their jobs seriously.
Elites in Washington love to play games with public safety because they live sheltered lives behind security gates. Regular Americans, though, know exactly what happens when violent thugs like the Tren de Aragua are allowed to sneak in and stay. It means more crime, more chaos, and less safety for normal, law-abiding citizens. But in the twisted world of progressives, the rights of criminals seem to matter more than the safety of the American people.
It’s downright shameful that it took an intervention from the DC Circuit to remind folks that the law is still the law in this country. Flying suspected cartel members back to where they came from shouldn’t just be legal, it should be basic common sense. But to the left, every effort to enforce our border is another opportunity to grandstand, cry foul, and rewrite the rules in their favor.
Why are the same people who claim to care about “democracy” and “justice” always the ones racing to protect illegal gangs? It’s almost like their real goal isn’t safety or freedom, but endless chaos—so Americans stay scared and dependent on government handouts and broken promises. Maybe if a few more judges got out of their ivory towers and actually listened to the people, we’d be a lot closer to restoring sanity at our borders.
