Federal Court Smacks Down Rogue Judge Who Tried to Sabotage Trump Admin Over Deportations

It’s about time someone told Judge James Boasberg to stay in his lane. For too long, activist judges like him have thought they could boss around the Trump administration with make-believe “orders,” then throw temper tantrums when they’re rightfully ignored. But this week, a federal appeals court finally slapped Boasberg’s overreach back where it belongs—straight into the trash.

Let’s call this what it is: a classic case of left-wing judicial arrogance. Boasberg tried to launch a criminal contempt probe over deportation flights to El Salvador last March. Never mind that his original order was a mess, unclear at best and useless at worst. He actually wanted to haul in Trump officials and start a witch-hunt, all because they wouldn’t play ball with his out-of-control bench activism.

Even after the Supreme Court pointed out the legal disaster in his order and reminded everyone that Boasberg was barking up the wrong legal tree, he just doubled down. Instead of admitting his mistake, he tried dragging top administration officials, including then-Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, through pointless, politically charged hearings. This is what liberals call “justice”: using the courts to wage war against any conservative who dares to follow the law.

But the appeals court wasn’t having it. They made it crystal clear that the judge’s order didn’t even ban what the administration did. There was no “gotcha” moment for the liberal legal mob this time—just another defeat for those who would rather undermine the rule of law to push their globalist, open-border agenda. The court even warned that Boasberg’s antics threatened to snatch power away from the executive branch—the part of government actually responsible for keeping Americans safe.

This is the deep-state playbook on full display: Democrats lose in the political arena, so they run to rogue judges to get their way. Today, Boasberg got told—loud and clear—that the Constitution still matters. Maybe next time, these activist judges will think twice before trying to override the will of the American people from the comfort of their black robes. But don’t hold your breath. If liberals can’t win fair and square, they’ll always find a judge willing to carry water for their anti-American schemes. Are we really supposed to trust these people with our country’s future?
