Once again, law enforcement officers are left cleaning up the mess created by reckless open-border Democrats and their globalist friends. Federal officers were forced to shoot an illegal immigrant who, according to prosecutors, decided to try and run them over with his vehicle. That’s right — an illegal alien, not just breaking the law by being here, but attacking the very people sworn to protect us.
This latest incident is just a sample of what happens when our leaders refuse to defend America’s borders. Liberal politicians keep making excuses for illegal immigrants instead of backing the brave men and women risking their lives to keep our streets safe. Instead of stopping the flood of criminals pouring over the border, the left acts more concerned about the so-called rights of lawbreakers than the lives of American citizens or federal agents.
How many more times do we need to see headlines like this before someone in Washington gets serious? These aren’t just “undocumented immigrants” looking for a better life, as the media loves to preach. This suspect attacked law enforcement. He made a choice. He put lives in danger. And he did so with a sense of entitlement that’s infecting our society because of weak leadership and open-border propaganda.
While the Biden administration keeps promising “compassion” and “justice,” what they really deliver is chaos and fear. Opportunists, drug traffickers, and violent criminals have taken notice: America’s border is wide open, and if you get caught, just blame the system. Meanwhile, anyone who demands real enforcement gets called racist by the corporate media and their socialist pals.
The only ones showing real courage here are the federal officers on the front lines. They did what needed to be done to defend themselves and the public. Maybe if our so-called leaders had an ounce of that kind of backbone, these officers wouldn’t have to make such impossible choices. How many more Americans have to get hurt before the left admits that their open-border experiment has failed? Or do they even care?
