None other than the Wall Street Journal, a paper up to its eyeballs in anti-Trump stories and rumor-mongering. This is no accident. This is the liberal media patting itself on the back while ignoring real Americans who are sick and tired of globalist elites using their newspapers to push an agenda.
They call it the Katharine Graham Award for Courage and Accountability, like that’s supposed to mean something. Apparently, “courage” now means writing kayfabe hit jobs that smear conservatives while protecting the corrupt, left-wing power structure in Washington. Let’s not forget: the Wall Street Journal just got done playing tabloid with an unverified story tying President Trump to Jeffrey Epstein. Trump fought back with a lawsuit, but of course, a judge tossed it aside. What a shocker. When the swamp helps the swamp, ordinary people always lose.
And don’t miss who’s shoveling money into this charade—Jeff Bezos himself, king of woke corporate America. Who better than the billionaire owner of another anti-Trump rag, The Washington Post, to bankroll an award for “journalistic courage?” What they’re really rewarding is toeing the liberal party line, not telling hard truths or holding the left accountable. If you toe the progressive line and target the right enemies, you get cash, cocktails, and fake applause at an elite D.C. banquet.
You can already picture the cringe-worthy scene. President Trump, or maybe one of his allies, will have to sit there and watch as these so-called journalists clap each other on the back for so-called “bravery.” At the last minute, he might just refuse to dignify the stunt, sending a surrogate instead. That wouldn’t be awkward; it would be refreshing. Enough enabling these smug, coastal elites who are more interested in pushing their own narratives than telling the truth.
Only in Joe Biden’s America do multimillion-dollar mainstream media outlets get “courage” trophies from their liberal billionaire friends for attacking our president. What does “accountability” even mean anymore? When will the media ever hold the left to the same standard they demand for conservatives? Probably never—as long as they’re too busy giving each other awards for hating Trump.
