That’s a continental disaster in the making. Instead of sober leadership, we get cringe-worthy attempts at being trendy with musical jokes while the continent teeters on the edge.
This is exactly what happens when left-wing bureaucrats and globalist elites run the energy sector. They would rather pander to their woke audiences and play to the cameras than actually fix the mess they caused. Policies that shove “green” pipe dreams down everyone’s throat have left Europe exposed, weak, and desperate for fuel. Forget energy independence — it’s all about virtue-signaling while their own people suffer.
Let’s be clear: this isn’t just Europe’s problem. Whenever Europe stumbles, American taxpayers end up footing the bill or getting dragged into another mess overseas. And if the Democrats had their way, they’d import this same chaos right into our own backyards. Biden and his pals still push failed green policies while turning their backs on American oil and gas — the very things that keep our lights on and our jets flying.
What makes this all the more insulting is the smug attitude of these energy “leaders.” Instead of offering solutions — like drilling at home, restoring real jobs, and putting citizens first — they fiddle with silly pop culture references. Apparently, even as the energy crisis looms, the elites think it’s all just one big joke.
Maybe it’s time for a real leader with real solutions. Someone who doesn’t need a pop song to get serious about a looming disaster. If this is the best the globalists can do, no wonder Europe’s grounded and the left here is still living in fantasyland. How many more warnings do Americans need before we stop letting liberal incompetence drag the whole world down?
