Los Angeles is falling apart. But somehow, its mayor, Karen Bass, would rather play world savior than get her own house in order. While her city drowns in chaos, Bass is too busy marching for climate change and posing for the cameras with global elites.
Here’s the harsh truth: LA is a mess, and everyone can see it. Homeless camps take over sidewalks and parks, making ordinary neighborhoods feel unsafe. Crime is out of control, with police numbers dropping faster than ever. Fires tear through the hills every year, but city leaders just point fingers instead of fixing the problem. And the city’s money troubles aren’t getting any better. Most families in LA worry more about their safety and keeping the lights on than reducing carbon footprints or hugging trees.
But Bass and her liberal pals don’t care about actual results. They want praise for their big ideas about “saving the Earth” while ignoring the filth and danger in their own backyard. Maybe it’s more fun for them to talk about saving the planet at global conferences than to deal with tough issues like homelessness and police shortages. That kind of neglect isn’t just incompetence—it’s pure hypocrisy.
Why is it that liberal politicians always want to run the whole world, but can’t even manage a single city? They’re faster to kneel for some international “crisis” than to stand up for the American citizen dealing with real suffering right outside their office. And who pays the price? Hardworking folks in Los Angeles, who deserve leaders that care about law, order, and basic services—not flashy headlines.
So here’s the real question: If Karen Bass can’t even save LA, why should anyone trust her to save the planet? Maybe it’s time for these globalist dreamers to take care of their own people for once—or get out of the way and let someone with real backbone clean up their mess.
