When festival-goers gather in California for Coachella, it’s supposed to be about peace, music, and fun. But this year, something truly disturbing happened. Radical activists turned the world-famous event into a twisted stage for glorifying terror. Instead of uplifting young people, these agitators chose to celebrate barbaric killers. It’s a slap in the face to real victims of terror—especially those innocent concertgoers slaughtered at the Nova festival in Israel last October.
Remember, nearly a third of the victims on October 7 weren’t soldiers or politicians. They were regular young people dancing at a music festival, just like you’d see at Coachella. These men and women believed in coexistence. They wanted peace. Hamas targeted them precisely because they were easy targets and because their deaths would send a message of fear. Yet, somehow, the woke elite in the West think it’s edgy or enlightened to celebrate this kind of brutality.
The hypocrisy is disgusting. Liberals who preach tolerance and inclusion suddenly have nothing to say when it’s Jews being murdered at a festival. Instead, their silence only encourages extremist cheerleaders who turn public spaces like Coachella into breeding grounds for hate. Ask yourself: Would these same organizers tolerate “celebrations” of other terrorist attacks? Not a chance. But when it fits their anti-Israel, anti-Western agenda, anything goes.
Where’s the outrage from the globalist crowd? Where are the Hollywood superstars demanding justice for these young victims? Nowhere to be found. The left is happy to virtue signal about every “injustice”—unless it means calling out real evil when it’s inconvenient or politically incorrect.
Every young person who goes to festivals like Nova and Coachella deserves to live without the threat of terror, no matter their background. Turning a music event into a political rally for Jew-haters dishonors every innocent life lost. Do Americans really want to let hatred and hypocrisy take center stage at their own festivals? Or is it time to say enough is enough?
