It’s a strange day when the leader of Greece looks to America—for real leadership. But that’s exactly what just happened. The Prime Minister of Greece isn’t asking Europe for help. He’s not begging the globalist elites in Brussels. He’s counting on President Donald Trump to clean up the mess in the Middle East—a disaster the Biden administration only made worse.
The reason is simple. The world is in chaos. The Strait of Hormuz is choked off, energy prices are out of control, and nobody trusts “experts” in the so-called “enlightened” European Union. Greek leader Mitsotakis gets it: Only Trump, not the indecisive cowards on the left, has the backbone to bring Iran to the table and actually make a deal that lasts.
Democrats would rather play footsie with terrorist regimes and throw American interests in the trash than admit Trump knows how to negotiate peace from a position of strength. Remember those Biden “solutions”? Empty promises, weak sanctions, and excuses while the world burned. Energy markets are suffering and families everywhere are paying the price, all thanks to progressive uselessness.
Now look: It shouldn’t take a European leader to tell Washington what was obvious all along. America needs to lead. Europe needs America’s strength—not more globalist hand-wringing. Mitsotakis hopes that a Trump-brokered deal with Iran won’t just fix the Middle East—it could even repair the trust between the U.S. and Europe that Obama and Biden worked so hard to destroy.
It’s almost funny. The left and their media buddies shriek that Trump is some sort of isolationist, a danger to stability. Yet when there’s real trouble in the world, their own “allies” come crawling to Trump—because they know he gets the job done. So here’s the real question: why does it take a Greek Prime Minister to remind us that American strength is the only thing standing between order and chaos?
