Democrats have clearly all gotten their marching orders: deny, deflect, and distract. Patty Murray’s latest stunt? Pretending she’s never heard any Democrat ever call to defund ICE. Give us a break. If she thinks Americans are so gullible, she’s got another thing coming.

The left’s dirty little secret is out in the open. Over the last few years, big-name Democrats and their radical followers have shouted, tweeted, and marched for one thing: to strip our border agents of every dollar, every resource, and every ounce of authority. The so-called “Squad”—including the likes of AOC, Ayanna Pressley, and Ilhan Omar—have been obsessively demanding ICE’s abolition. They’ve blasted ICE as “violent” and “rogue,” declared they’d never give another penny to border security, and all but cheered on chaos at our southern border.

Now, after Republicans just secured more funding for ICE and the Border Patrol for the next three years, Democrats are trying to erase the past. Suddenly, Murray and her pals are playing word games, hoping no one remembers their “abolish ICE” chants. They want to nitpick the difference between “defund” and “abolish,” like voters are too dumb to catch what they’re up to. It’s pure Orwellian doublespeak.

It’s not just talk, either. These politicians proudly take to social media and TV cameras to bash ICE, slander our law enforcement, and side with open-borders lobbyists who care more about global activists than American families. They block every effort at real border security, then pretend they’re not responsible for the tidal wave of illegal immigrants flooding our towns.

Let’s not kid ourselves. Democrats want weak borders, fewer agents, and lawlessness. Why? Because all that chaos helps them score cheap political points—and maybe a few more votes from anyone and everyone crossing the border. Americans see the hypocrisy, the lies, and the blatant anti-American agenda.

So, if Patty Murray thinks she can gaslight the country and skate by without the media calling her out, she’s dead wrong. The left may wish the videos, tweets, and press releases would vanish, but the truth is out there for anyone willing to look. How long until Democrats finally admit they want ICE—and the rule of law—gone for good?
