The 5th Circuit Court just wiped the smug smile off the faces of the left-wing open borders crowd. Texas law enforcement now has the green light to arrest illegal aliens, thanks to a common-sense law that most patriotic Americans support. Finally, a court sees through the theatrics of anti-borders activists and their endless lawsuits trying to shut down states just trying to protect their own citizens.
The radical groups that sued weren’t even honest in their motives. Let’s face it: they want floods of illegal immigrants because it brings them attention, money, and future Democrat voters. They cried “harm” because tougher immigration laws meant they’d have to spend resources helping lawbreakers dodge the system. Maybe, just maybe, if they stopped defending lawlessness, they wouldn’t have this so-called burden. The court saw right through their tricks and told them what the rest of us already knew—they had no ground to stand on.
Senate Bill 4 was passed for a reason. The border didn’t become a revolving door overnight. It’s the direct result of the Biden administration’s utter incompetence and outright sabotage of common-sense immigration policy. While Biden checks his watch or vacations on the beach, Texas is left to clean up the mess—rising crime, overwhelmed hospitals, and schools stretched to the breaking point. Whose side are the leftists really on? Surely not American families.
Let’s give some credit to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for having some spine. While Washington D.C. does nothing but talk, real leaders are stepping up to do what’s necessary—keep their streets safe and Americans first. Liberals can whine all day about “human rights,” but law-abiding citizens also have rights—the right to security, to jobs, and to their own communities.
Isn’t it funny how, under President Trump, the border invasion nearly stopped? It wasn’t magic. It was called leadership, and it sent the right message: America’s laws matter. Maybe if Biden and the radical left tried that prescription for once, Texas wouldn’t have to go it alone. Now, the only question is whether the rest of the country will follow Texas’s lead, or keep letting globalist elites erode our sovereignty day by day.
