Biden’s weakness could spark a revolution in Iran with one simple move

The Biden administration seems lost at sea when it comes to Iran. Thanks to years of weak leadership and “let’s all get along” diplomacy, the Mullahs have been running wild, spreading terror and threatening American interests at every turn. But there’s a pressure point that Democrats can’t ignore, no matter how much they want to play nice with the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism: gasoline. Without it, the regime collapses.

The truth is, Iran is teetering on the edge. Their economy is a disaster, and gas shortages have pushed civilians to the breaking point. When people can’t get to work, can’t cook, and can’t keep their families warm, revolutions spark. That’s the reality facing Iran, and our leaders should be turning the screws even tighter. Senator Bill Hagerty is absolutely right—if we keep the pressure on with sanctions and a real blockade, the Iranian regime could finally be brought to its knees by its own people. It’s not “mean,” it’s strategic.

But instead, what do liberal politicians do? They wring their hands and worry about “humanitarian concerns” for the very same regime that chants “Death to America” and funds terrorists who kill U.S. soldiers. Let’s get real. The fastest way to free the Iranian people isn’t another round of empty talks in Geneva or sending over pallets of cash like Obama did. It’s by slamming the door on the single thing propping up that corrupt government—energy.

The left wants us to forget that American strength, not apology tours, has always won the day. Remember, it was tough sanctions and firm action—not globalist fantasy—that brought Iran to the bargaining table in the first place. Joe Biden’s team would rather bow to European elites and appease the United Nations than defend American interests and support everyday Iranians who are fed up with their brutal leaders.

When will Democrats learn that appeasement never works? If we want real change in the Middle East, it’s time to put Iran’s regime in the crosshairs where it hurts most—the gas pump. With courage and backbone, the West can help millions of Iranians stand up, revolt, and maybe, just maybe, send the Ayatollahs packing. Isn’t it time to put American strength ahead of liberal naivety?
