Saturday night proved once again that leftist delusion is a threat to our nation. A deranged individual armed with guns and knives barreled straight for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. This wasn’t just some random act of violence. This was an attempted attack on President Trump, First Lady Melania, Vice President Vance, and top America First leaders. By the grace of God, police intervened. Shots were fired and a Secret Service agent was struck, barely saved by his vest. The dinner had to be shut down, and our elected officials evacuated. But according to the left-wing media circus, it’s all just a big mystery — they act clueless about the attacker’s real target, even after he admitted he was gunning for Trump’s team.
The left’s response? Absolutely unhinged. Instead of holding their own rhetoric accountable, they leaped to bizarre conspiracy theories, claiming the whole event was “staged” for political gain. This is the exact sort of gaslighting that Americans are sick of. People on the left are so obsessed with Trump that they’d rather believe in wild plots than face the truth: their nonstop demonizing of conservatives has consequences. Their favorite tactics are cowardly—deflect, distract, and deny any responsibility for the climate they’ve created.
And where was the mainstream media’s outrage? If this had been a liberal politician under fire, every network would’ve gone on wall-to-wall coverage, crying about “threats to democracy.” But when top America First officials are literally in the crosshairs, suddenly it’s “unclear” who the target was. Or worse, leftist pundits pretend it didn’t happen, or joke about conservatives “overreacting.” These so-called journalists have nothing but contempt for anyone who is proudly pro-America.
Special shoutout to the loudmouth left-wing personalities, who spent the aftermath on social media peddling delusions and laughing at the risk to our leaders. Whether it’s the usual suspects at CNN, or the bitter fringe players with Trump Derangement Syndrome, their response was disgusting. These people need serious help. It’s no wonder their party is a mess—when you continuously normalize hate and violence against your opponents, wild-eyed lunatics will take the signal and try to act it out.
Here’s the blunt truth: if the roles were reversed, liberals would demand blood. But when violence targets conservatives, the left either shrugs, spins, or blames the victim. No wonder so many Americans think the political climate is out of control. The left refuses to look in the mirror. They only care when the chaos they’ve incited doesn’t come back on them. How many times do we have to say it? The real threat to our democracy isn’t pro-America voices—it’s the psychotic double standard of the radical left.
