It never fails. When violence strikes at the heart of our democracy, Democrats act shocked—like they’ve forgotten the years they spent throwing gasoline on the fire. Just last night, a shooter was caught trying to force his way into the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, armed and ready to target former Trump officials. The only thing more predictable than these attacks is the left’s attempt to wash their hands of any blame.
Congressman Jamie Raskin went on national TV and acted clueless about his own side’s toxic language. He claims he can’t name a single example of “heated rhetoric” from the Democratic Party. Seriously? This is the same crowd that’s spent years labeling President Trump as a dictator, branding his supporters as Nazis, and calling brave ICE agents fascists. Do they really expect Americans to forget the endless drumbeat of hate they unleashed?
This isn’t some harmless name-calling. When Democrats call Republicans existential threats, when they scream that the Trump administration is the start of some new Third Reich, it’s a green light for extremists to act out. You don’t have to look far—one party leader actually called for “maximum warfare” against Trump, just days before a deranged activist tried to storm the dinner. And of course, no Democrat stands up and says, “Too far.” Why would they? Creating chaos only helps their anti-American agenda.
Let’s not pretend the pattern isn’t clear. As November gets closer, the left is dialing up the hysteria, hoping nobody connects their language with these dangerous incidents. The truth is, Democrats want this kind of fear and division. It’s the only way they can distract from their failure to keep America safe and prosperous. They’re more comfortable slandering patriots than actually building a better country.
Until these globalist elites are held accountable for their words and actions, the danger will only grow. The country deserves leaders who care about unity and security—not politicians who incite violence with reckless lies. How many more innocent lives have to be put at risk before the left admits their rhetoric really is the problem?
