Republican Senator Exposes Fed Cover Up as DOJ Drops Case and Warsh Moves In

The political games in Washington never cease to amaze. For months, one Republican Senator—Thom Tillis—stood as the lone roadblock, using his power to keep Kevin Warsh from leading the Federal Reserve. Why? Because Tillis wanted to protect Jerome Powell, the current Fed boss, from an investigation he saw as totally illegitimate. He figured Powell was being harassed for no good reason and made his opposition crystal clear: as long as the Department of Justice played dirty, Warsh wasn’t going anywhere near the big desk at the Fed.

But a funny thing happened. Suddenly, the DOJ decided to quietly drop its case against Powell. Isn’t it amazing how fast the liberal machine changes its tune when one of their own is on the line? The minute Powell’s problems vanished, Tillis jumped out of the way. Now, surprise, surprise—Kevin Warsh is next in line to take charge of the Fed.

This whole charade just proves how broken our institutions have become. There’s no transparency, just backroom deals and political favors. The Justice Department, which should protect the American people, acts more like the enforcement arm of the Washington elite. It’s all about power and protecting their own, not about holding anyone accountable or putting America first.

Liberals love to boast about their so-called integrity and “rule of law.” Yet the second it’s one of their cronies in trouble, the rules go out the window. The Fed is supposed to look out for the average American, but it’s become just another playground for globalists and career politicians. Where’s the outrage from the press? Where’s the accountability? If a conservative dared play these games, you’d see wall-to-wall coverage and calls for resignation.

With Tillis out of the picture and the DOJ playing favorites, it’s clear: the left’s grip on our government is rotten to the core. Are we really supposed to trust this system with our money, our markets, and our future? Or are we just watching another chapter in the endless story of D.C. corruption?
