The media loves to paint President Trump as the “bad guy.” They want the country to believe he’s some kind of villain, especially when it comes to reporters who push the liberal agenda from the press room. But facts don’t lie, and sometimes real life flips the media’s favorite stories upside down—whether they like it or not.
Take Weijia Jiang, the CBS White House correspondent who turned every confrontation into a primetime drama during the COVID panic. The left celebrated her, hoping she would trip up Trump on live TV, feeding their anti-American narrative. They ignored how relentlessly she tried to get him to bow to China or admit to their version of international “leadership.” All just more media theatrics.
Now, fast forward to the chaos of active gunfire at a Trump campaign event. Not exactly the setting for your typical staged press moment. There she was, on the ground next to the man she once loved to interrupt, both of them ducking for their lives. In that moment, all the phony posturing and “gotcha” questions meant nothing.
But here’s what the woke mob outside doesn’t want to talk about: After the dust settled, Trump looked beyond her media games and called her work fantastic. That’s real leadership. While Democrats weaponize the press and pit Americans against each other, Trump shows what American strength looks like—treating even his loudest critics with respect when times get tough.
Meanwhile, liberal media elites will keep parroting their tired narrative, ignoring the facts right in front of them. That’s the difference. Trump isn’t afraid to face down his enemies—in the press or anywhere else—and when it matters, he stands for the country, not globalist interests or spineless talking points. The real question is, will the left ever admit their anti-Trump hysteria was always hollow? Or will they keep running from reality while real Americans see who’s doing a fantastic job?
