Where’s the outcry from the so-called champions of decency on the left? Nowhere to be found, of course.
It says everything about today’s “entertainment” industry. Kimmel feels safe spouting his hatred from behind the ABC and Disney corporate shields. Liberal late-night hosts are given a free pass to sling insults at conservative women and families. Meanwhile, if a conservative host dared to make half as ugly a comment about a liberal First Lady, they’d be out on the street before they could blink. The double standard here is sickening.
ABC and Disney show their true colors by keeping Kimmel on the air. These companies love to talk about “diversity” and “respect,” but apparently that only applies to people who fall in line with their left-wing, globalist agenda. Trump is absolutely right to call out this hypocrisy. Why should Kimmel get a carte blanche for nastiness and bullying?
