It looks like the White House just couldn’t resist poking fun at the left’s favorite talking point: “No kings in America!” While King Charles was busy making his way through the United States, the White House fired off a cheeky online post that had liberals clutching their pearls. It’s almost as if the Biden administration has started trolling its own party now—a circus of hypocrisy on full display.
Democrats have always loved to preach about resisting monarchy and championing the common man. Yet the moment foreign royalty comes calling, the red carpet is rolled out like clockwork. The left claims to despise titles, crowns, and pageantry, but you better believe they fawn over any opportunity to kneel to global elites. Instead of standing up for tradition and American values, it’s always about showing off for their globalist pals.
The real kicker? The “no kings” crowd never seems to have a problem with leftist strongmen or big government wielding unchecked power. They only haul out their tired arguments when it’s convenient—or when they think it wins them points on social media. Meanwhile, regular Americans watch the rulers of the world march in and out of the White House as our leaders can’t decide if they want to mock the monarchy or serve it tea.
While the American working class gets crushed by inflation and rising crime, our so-called leaders are busy playing social media games with the British crown. It’s tone-deaf, embarrassing, and perfectly captures the priorities of today’s D.C. elite. They find time for internet snark, but not for border security or the cost of groceries.
Maybe next time, the White House should put a little less energy into trolling conservatives and a little more into respecting the “We the People” part of our Constitution. Or does the left only like democracy when it fits their narrative?
