Political violence is spinning out of control in America, and it’s not hard to see why. Just last week, the world watched as gunshots echoed through the Washington Hilton—the same building where Ronald Reagan was nearly killed decades ago. Back then, leaders united and prayed for the president, putting country before party. Today, the reaction is shockingly different. Politics has devolved into a ruthless cage match, fueled by leftist rhetoric that is poisoning our national community.
Why is this happening? The so-called “progressive” crowd loves to whine about threats to democracy, but they have no problem smearing their opponents as Nazis and insurrectionists. Liberals have made it fashionable to label anyone with a MAGA hat as an enemy of the state. People are constantly told by big media, woke universities, and globalist politicians that anyone who disagrees deserves to be silenced, censored, or, worse, threatened. This is not free speech—it’s malignant, dangerous, and completely un-American.
Remember when Democrats burned cities in 2020 and called it “mostly peaceful”? Where was the outrage when conservative voices were silenced, de-platformed, or even physically attacked? The left only cares about violence when it suits their narrative. If a Republican dares to challenge the system, suddenly it’s the end of the world. But when their own radicals threaten or harm political rivals, the left shrugs and looks the other way. It’s hypocrisy at its worst—plain and simple.
People are scared and angry, and the reason is obvious: the cancer of hateful rhetoric keeps growing. The self-righteous elites, Hollywood activists, and media hacks love to stoke the flames. Instead of honest debate, they peddle division and rage. They encourage mobs, shout down opponents, and act shocked when violence erupts. No wonder people feel like the country is breaking apart.
If America wants a future free from bloodshed and chaos, this toxic rhetoric must be confronted—especially from the left, where it started in the first place. The country deserves leaders who stand for real unity, respect, and law and order—not partisan hacks who profit from division. How much more violence will it take before the so-called “progressives” finally take responsibility for the monster they created?
