The left keeps showing Americans that the rule of law only applies to one side. Once again, a federal appeals court in New York decided Donald Trump doesn’t deserve a fair shot when it comes to defending himself. The court wouldn’t even give him the chance to challenge the bizarre verdict in E. Jean Carroll’s so-called “defamation” case. That’s how low the system has sunk.
Anyone who’s been paying attention can see what’s happening here. Trump’s enemies weaponize the courts every time they fail at the ballot box. The moment it became clear he could win again, Democrats and their globalist pals in the bureaucracy ramped up endless lawsuits. Carroll’s case is just the latest. They don’t care about truth or justice—they want him silenced, humiliated, and taken out of the running by any means necessary.
Let’s not pretend this is about protecting reputations. The left didn’t blink when Bill Clinton left a trail of accusers and scandals. They made excuses for the Kennedys. Yet, when Trump dares speak his mind, suddenly they care about “defamation.” The hypocrisy isn’t even subtle anymore—it’s shoved down our throats, loud and clear.
Meanwhile, average Americans struggle through record inflation, rising crime, and a country on the brink. But the liberal elite in their Manhattan courtrooms spend their time obsessing over Trump. Their priorities couldn’t be more out of touch with the real problems facing our nation. Apparently, making an example of Trump matters more than helping working families or defending American values.
This isn’t justice. It’s political theater, pure and simple. When the courts become a tool for the left to punish anyone who challenges them, we’re all in danger. If they can railroad Trump without blinking, who’s to say you’re not next? At what point do we stop calling this the land of the free and the home of the brave?
