Pot is the new darling of the radical left, but nobody wants to talk about the dangerous side. Politicians bend over backwards to legalize weed, pretending it’s harmless fun, while ignoring the facts. Liberals chase tax dollars and cheap applause, never mind if they’re putting lives and futures in danger. It’s the same old story: profit and politics before people.
If blue states insist on handing out marijuana like candy, the least they can do is warn Americans about the risks. After all, everyone remembers those cigarette warnings—big, bold, impossible to miss. They didn’t sugarcoat it. They told us cigarettes cause cancer and heart disease. But with weed, silence. Where’s the outcry over addiction, mental health problems, and stoned drivers putting families at risk?
Of course, the same woke crowd who nags us about pronouns and climate change suddenly turns into libertarians when it comes to selling weed. Their love of “science” vanishes. They scoff at anyone who dares raise questions about marijuana’s effect on young minds. But the evidence is stacking up. Pot can mess with your head, your memory, even your motivation. Liberals refuse to see it.
It’s time for states to stop hiding behind happy smoke clouds and admit the reality. If they’re going to push pot, they need a nationwide warning label. Every American should know what they’re getting in to—the health threats, the brain fog, the dependency. Forget the rainbow-colored dispensaries with smiling budtenders. Show people the ugly truth. If weed is so “harmless,” why are the politicians so scared of a clear warning?
Once again, the left’s hypocrisy is on full display. They are quick to ban plastic straws, force kids to learn about gender theory, and lecture law-abiding citizens. But ask them to slap a warning label on a drug getting millions hooked? Suddenly, that’s too much government. America deserves better than this two-faced charade. When will these bureaucrats care more about children and families than the pot lobby? Or are they too busy cashing campaign checks to bother?
