It’s a sign of the times when even the old guard liberals start to sound like common-sense conservatives. Former Congressman Barney Frank—yes, that Barney Frank, the poster child for far-left Democrats—is now admitting what most of America already knows. The Democratic Party has lost its mind on social issues. When a lifelong progressive is forced to throw up his hands and say his own party has gone too far, it should be a wake-up call to every decent American.
No one needs a reminder of just how wild the Democrats have gotten. From pushing radical gender ideology into our schools to cheering mob rule in our cities, their agenda is straight out of a Marxist fantasy. But now, even their own are running for the exits. When veterans of the Democratic machine say enough is enough, you know it’s not about “progress”—it’s about extremism.
What’s worse, these reckless policies aren’t even helping regular folks. All those so-called “inclusive” changes? They make life worse for parents, families, and communities. Liberals say they’re fighting for the common man, but all they deliver is chaos. The hypocrisy stinks to high heaven. They claim to be the party of tolerance, but the second someone on their side tries to pump the brakes, they’re tossed in the liberal doghouse.
Let’s face it: the globalist elites pulling the strings in today’s Democratic Party don’t care about working Americans. Their only concern is imposing their woke agenda, no matter who gets hurt along the way. If you aren’t onboard with their latest social experiment, you’re branded a bigot or a hater. It’s anti-American to its core.
When Democrats are lecturing each other about going too far, maybe it’s time to ask: if even Barney Frank can see this disaster, why can’t the rest of them? Maybe the problem isn’t the messenger, but the entire rotten, radical message.
