According to prosecutors, the suspect who torched the Palisades was fixated on Luigi Mangione—a billionaire who embodies the American dream. The arsonist was apparently not just filled with envy, but actively searching for ways to “take down all the billionaires.” This wasn’t random—this was hatred fueled by anti-wealth propaganda, the kind liberals sling around every day on TV and social media.
Let’s not pretend this is happening in a vacuum. The left has spent years demonizing successful Americans, insisting that anyone with wealth must be evil or corrupt. Now we see where that thinking leads—straight to violence, crime, and destruction. While leftist politicians jet around the world hobnobbing with their elite friends, they tell us all our problems stem from “the rich.” Meanwhile, their followers take them seriously—and ordinary citizens pay the price.
Luigi Mangione wasn’t just a random target. He’s a symbol of what the left hates most: hard-earned prosperity, private property, and the idea that Americans can rise up with determination and business smarts. Instead of celebrating success, the left wants to punish it. Their twisted priorities let criminals feel justified in their rage. They call it “social justice,” but anyone with common sense can see it for what it really is—envy, pure and simple.
Where are the Democrats now? Are they denouncing this violence, or are they too busy crafting new ways to tax and regulate America’s producers into the ground? It would be funny if it weren’t so dangerous. Their silence is deafening, their hypocrisy staggering. If the crime had been committed against one of their chosen favorites instead of a billionaire, the outrage machine would be cranked to eleven.
Americans need to wake up. The myth that punishing the rich will solve everyone’s problems is a lie, and the left knows it. Instead, their reckless rhetoric creates chaos and makes every hard-working person a potential enemy. Is this what the American dream has come to—fear and violence for daring to succeed?
