It never fails. Just when the American people think the left has found rock bottom, they find a way to dig even deeper. Now, the Southern Poverty Law Center—the supposed watchdog against “hate”—has landed itself in a swamp of lies and corruption so dirty it would make even the Clintons blush. And at the heart of this mess? Democrat Senator Jon Ossoff and a whole lot of shady cash.
Turns out, Ossoff raked in more than $700,000 from the SPLC during his last Senate campaign. That’s more than just a little pocket change—it puts him right in bed with the very radicals and extremists his party claims to hate. The SPLC loved Ossoff so much, they even dedicated space on their own website to cheer him on. That should tell you everything you need to know about where his real loyalties lie.
But wait, it gets worse. The Justice Department is accusing the SPLC of secretly using donor money to fund informants working inside extremist groups—including the same white supremacist organizations the SPLC constantly parades in front of the media to raise more dollars. While they screamed about rooting out hate, prosecutors say the SPLC was busy moving money through fake bank accounts, covering their tracks, and flat-out lying to donors about what they were really doing.
Let’s be clear. The American people are sick and tired of organizations like the SPLC pretending to be noble crusaders, while in reality they’re just laundering power, influence, and cold hard cash for the left and their pet politicians. For almost a decade, the SPLC allegedly funneled millions to informants embedded in groups they painted as evil, while boasting to the public that they were defeating “dark forces.” You can’t make this stuff up.
And what about Ossoff? He’s already barely hanging on in the polls, with Republican challengers snapping at his heels. Does anyone really believe Georgia voters will forgive or forget that one of their senators is tangled up in this whole fiasco? The left talks about fighting hate, but all they seem to fight for is more money and more power for themselves, no matter who they have to cozy up to or what laws they have to break. Maybe it’s time voters ask: if this is what “compassion” and “justice” look like, how much more corruption can the country really afford?
