America is upside down and the left is cheering it on. This week, the latest circus act came from a federal judge who decided the biggest problem in our system is not crime against citizens but how “uncomfortable” jail is for a man accused of plotting to assassinate President Trump. That’s right—the judge’s main concern wasn’t justice. Instead, she offered an apology to the accused, saying jail was just too tough, and that using restraints and confinement by jail guards was just a step too far.
What kind of country are we living in? When our leaders show more compassion for someone suspected of targeting a former president than for hard-working families just trying to survive, something is deeply wrong. If this suspect were in handcuffs for attacking Hunter Biden, does anyone think he’d get apologies and sympathy from a federal judge? No chance. The left has spent years twisting the legal system to serve its own globalist, anti-American agenda.
Let’s be honest. The liberal elite want to coddle criminals. They want wide-open borders for dangerous cartels. They want violent rioters back on the streets. Now, apparently, they want to give VIP treatment to suspects in violent attacks against conservatives—especially if those conservatives are named Trump. This is how far the left has fallen—putting the feelings of alleged assassins above the safety and dignity of the American people.
Where were the apologies for the peaceful Trump supporters who sat in solitary for months after January 6? Where was the respect for their constitutional rights? The left turned a blind eye, cheering as they were locked away and smeared all over the media. Now, a judge bends over backward when the accused is on their side of the political aisle. It’s clear—justice depends on who you voted for.
Maybe next time, the judge could bake a cake and offer a medal. Why not just roll out the red carpet for those accused of attacking conservatives? In Biden’s America, victims are forgotten. Criminals get sympathy. And the rule of law is treated like an outdated idea. Does anyone else remember when protecting our leaders and our country actually mattered?
