But here’s where it gets good. The losing side knows they’re on the ropes. Instead of graciously accepting defeat, they begged the Supreme Court to hurry up and make the decision official—just so they could get their hands on a new voting map before the 2026 midterms. It’s laughable watching them scramble. They’re so terrified of a fair playing field that they’ll do whatever it takes to dodge accountability.
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was particularly rattled by this outcome. She’s proven, once again, to be an activist judge, not an impartial defender of the Constitution. Her outrage isn’t about justice. It’s about her side losing a golden opportunity to stack the deck. No surprise there—Democrats love bending the rules as long as it helps their cause.
Globalist interests and coastal elites are used to getting their way, but not this time. When the Supreme Court enforces real deadlines and cracks down on endless delays, ordinary Americans win. The left can whine all they want about procedure and process, but none of that changes the facts. The country is waking up to these tricks, and they’re fed up.
So now the waiting game’s over. The court isn’t budging, and the left’s panic is downright hilarious. Maybe next time, they’ll try something radical—like following the law instead of trying to rewrite it. But does anyone really think that’s possible?
