That’s right — Aurelio Perez-Lugones, who prosecutors say handed over secret documents, is walking out the front door, thanks to a judge’s decision. Apparently, upholding the law takes a backseat to keeping the liberal media machine well-fed with secrets.
Where are the consequences? If an average American dared spill even a drop of sensitive information, they’d be staring down federal charges and a cold jail cell for years. But when the left’s favorite institution — the anti-American media — gets their hands on classified dirt, the justice system suddenly finds excuses. No wonder trust in our courts is at rock bottom. It’s become painfully obvious that the rules don’t apply to insiders and their media pals.
This isn’t about freedom of the press, or honest whistleblowing. This is about globalist media elites getting their hands on secrets they have no right to publish, and a government that’s too weak — or too sympathetic — to enforce real consequences. The judge’s decision to release Perez-Lugones sends a clear message: if you’re leaking for the left, you’re basically protected.
Conservatives know what’s going on here. This kind of shameless double standard is how the left buys loyalty, giving a free pass to anyone who makes them look good and smears the country they’re supposed to protect. Meanwhile, patriotic Americans who dare to speak their minds get silenced, canceled, or put under the microscope. It’s disgustingly obvious at this point whose side the system is on.
So, are we just supposed to sit back and watch sensitive government secrets walk out the door every time a liberal reporter calls? The ruling class would love nothing more. But Americans are paying attention. They’re sick of the privileged few making a mockery of national security while the rest of us play by the rules. At this rate, why bother having laws at all, unless you’re using them to protect the left’s buddies?
