And not surprisingly, California, Minnesota, Florida, New York, and Maine are all at the top of the target list. These are states where liberal leaders act as if tossing taxpayer money around is no big deal. But now, the grown-ups are stepping in.
For years, the left has treated Medicaid like a candy store for their cronies. Enough is enough. When money meant to help true Americans in need winds up in the hands of fraudsters and phony claims, it’s not just a technical flaw—it’s outright theft. It’s money stolen from hardworking families who actually pay their taxes. Liberals love to talk about “compassion,” but all they’ve done is feed a broken system that lines the pockets of scammers and cheats.
And look who’s feeling the heat: the same blue states that love to virtue signal in front of the cameras. California and New York—bastions of big government and failed social programs—are suddenly scrambling now that there’s actual law enforcement looking over their shoulders. The truth is, for too long, Democrats have ignored fraud in the name of “helping the poor.” What they really did was open the doors for globalist interests and bureaucratic parasites to abuse a system designed for America’s true needy. And while they claim to be fighting for fairness, they flat-out refuse to put real safeguards in place. Why? Because that would mean less power for their pals and fewer dollars for their pet projects.
